Project Description

Bugs-On-Wheels programs feature live minibeasts, vivid pictures, bizarre and beautiful specimens from around the world, scientific artifacts, unique props, and exciting activities that will enhance your minibeast studies and involve your whole group in an experience they will talk about for a long time to come.

You can give your group the chance to explore the amazing world of insects, spiders, scorpions, myriapods, crustaceans, and other arthropods right in your school or community. Its just like a field trip, but without all the hassles!

Topics include Incredible Insects, Spectacular Spiders and Scorpions, Amazing Anthropods, Insect Identification, Butterfly Gardening, Insect Safari, Kids, Bugs &Fun, and Mobile Minibeast Museum and Zoo.

Target Group: Schools, Daycare Centers, Youth Groups, Clubs, Camps, and Science/Nature Centers Pre-K through high school, especially lower elementary
Grade Level: Ages 4 to Adult
Number: Maximum audience of 75
Larger groups can best be accommodated through multiple presentations, or by special arrangements.
Cost: Call for information
Dates: Up to 6 1-hour presentations can be given in a typical school day.
