Please take notice that the Board of Education of Mendon Community Schools will hold regular meetings on the specified dates, and at the following times and places during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2009:

2010 Organizational Meeting
Monday, July 5, 2010 5:30 p.m. Mendon Country Inn 440 W. Main
Proposed minutes of each of the meetings listed above will be available for public inspection, during regular business hours, at the Office of the Superintendent, 148 Kirby Rd., Mendon, MI 49072, not more than eight (8) days after the date of each such scheduled meeting, and approved minutes of each meeting will be available for public inspection during regular business hours, in the same location, not more than five (5) business days after the meeting at which the minutes were approved. Copies of the minutes shall be available at the reasonable estimated cost of printing or copying.
Upon oral or written request for a subscription and payment of a fee established by the Board, minutes shall be mailed to any person or business by first class mail. The subscription may be valid for up to six (6) months.
This notice is given by Order of the Board of Education pursuant to Act. No. 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan, 1976, as amended.
